Payment
All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling.
Payment can be made through Paypal. It is possible to pay by credit or debit card using Paypal without setting up a Paypal account.
Delivery and Postage
To simplify our charging structure, there is a single postage and packaging charge of £4.50 regardless of how much is ordered.

This amount applies to UK mainland only. (For UK island locations and international shipments, please contact us as shown above).

Where possible, we may reuse or recycle packaging to be kinder to the environment.
We aim to deliver all orders within 7 days, subject to stock availability. We will notify you by email if there is any change to this. If you require urgent postage of an item, please contact us before placing your order.
Returns
If for any reason your order does not fulfil your expectations, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the items are returned to us complete, in perfect condition, clearly unused, and in the original packaging. We cannot offer an exchange or refund if this is not the case.

If a custom order has been created, returns and refunds are not possible. We will send photographs throughout the creation process so you know exactly what you will be receiving.

For all returns, except where the goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items. Please let us know the reason you are returning the item and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Please contact us for the return address.

We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit and strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when making a return.

Product Descriptions
We take every possible care to ensure that product descriptions and measurements on our website are correct but there may be slight variations in finish and colour due to either the hand-made nature of the item, the photographic process or computer display. We are always happy to send further photos of a product before dispatch.
If the price or description is obviously in error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
